Membership Categories
Full Member: Pediatric interventional radiologists or other physicians who perform image guided procedure and are medical staff at their local institution. Full members must be SPIR members in good standing. Canadian candidates must have completed successfully tri-counsel policy ethics training.
- May submit proposals to the consortium board for review
- May assign 1 associate member to assist in running studies for which the author has approval to participate in.
Associate Member: Fellows, residents, nurses, technologists, research associates employed at a who may be involved either in study specific duties or running a study while working under the supervision of a full consortium member.
Institutional Member: Enrolment in PIRRC is open to all institutions that perform image guided procedures on children. Successful enrollment is dependent upon establishing bidirectional data sharing agreements with other institutional PIRRC members, agreement to the governance structure charter and policies relating to data sharing and authorship.
